NSPC’s quality management system has proven to be highly effective given our track record of minimal defects per residential apartment.

We achieve these results through appropriate systems, procedures and by encouraging a culture of greatness within internal and external employees. Our Quality Management System is constantly audited internally to monitor and review the system for adequacy and effectiveness.

All employees are also regularly updated with the latest changes in our quality systems and can have their input to promote our continual improvement as an organisation.

At NSPC we put safety first, it is fundamental to our business. Through extensive knowledge, experience and regular training we have developed effective safety processes which are monitored and audited both internally and externally to ensure compliance with the relevant standards and are obligated by all personnel.
