Elena Lane Cove - Rooftop Lift Overrun Pour

On Wednesday the 24th of February (weather permitting, or the following business day), the above project may require its hours of operation to be extended in order to enable the successful completion of the Rooftop Lift Overrun Pour.

We will have adequate traffic control in place to ensure the safety of all pedestrians and minimum congestion during these events.

Set up works will commence from 7.00 am and aimed to be completed by 5.30 pm. Our staff will be there to make sure the noise is kept at a minimum.

We will keep our neighbors informed with all other critical operations during construction at Elena.

Elena Lane Cove - Commencement of Council works Cul-De-Sac Civil & Stormwater Upgrades

The works above, on behalf of Lane Cove Council, are scheduled to commence on Monday 1st February 2021. The works will include the construction of a new Cul-De-Sac Civil & critical stormwater infrastructure/upgrade.  

The works will be conducted in 2 stages to minimise the disruption to all nearby residents. The first stage will commence in early February and the duration of works for the first critical stage will be approximately 5-6 weeks. During this period, all access to Epping Rd via Willandra Street will be restricted until the works are completed.

We understand that this may be an inconvenience to pedestrians during the works period, however these upgrades will be beneficial for the local community post completion and in the future for the access path from Willandra St down to Merinda St and footpath to the Epping Rd Bus stop. 

We will keep our neighbors informed with all other critical operations during construction at Elena.
